Greetings Fellow Gothamites:
    I am seeking to sublet a room in a professional office suite in Plainview or Woodbury, approximately 150 to 200  square feet.
    Although I prefer a windowed office, a nice interior office might do. A receptionist in the suite to receive Fed Ex and UPS is necessary, but I answer my own telephone.   Please contact me by email if you have anything available.
