[Fredslist] query about salary range

Hello Gotham:

A few weeks ago, I sent out a query to Fredslist asking for reccomendations for a part -time building superintendent who could check on the property on the lower east side, shovel snow and check for any cracks in the facade.

Do any of you have salary recommendations for such a position?
