[Fredslist] online course software

I am ready to create an online course that accompanies my upcoming book. 

A quick online search for the best software to write the course and present
it gave me a headache with so many choices so I thought I'd ask Gotham for
your experience and recommendations.

 

I'm looking for reasonable price, easy to design, changeable any time,
secure and nice looking graphics.
