Hi Gotham Legal Beagles
I have a question. Can an auto insurance company contract with a private
telemedicine company to provide acute and emergency services to auto insured
as an alternative to ER and Urgent brick n mortar without state legislation
mandate?

Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is potential
Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing."
