[Fredslist] Real estate lawsuit question

A friend of mine co-owns his apartment with his mother and father here in
NYC. His father lost a lawsuit and they are going after his assets(Not my
friend nor his mother)
 The deed is in all three names. The apartment sold at auction yesterday,
price undisclosed. My friend  needs a direction to go in, and an attorney
that can help. Any suggestions.
