 Within Development, construction management and general contracting
service companies there are many areas that need attention when it comes to
cyber risk.  *What do Contractors need to be aware of?*

•       Designs – can you trust the integrity of the engineering and
architectural drawings?  Are they kept secret when they need to be?
•       Intellectual property – do you believe design rights are protected?
•       Financial information – are the computer systems and employees
protecting everything that goes into financial reporting, client owner and
developer accounts, and relationships  with vendors and architects?
•       Personally identifiable information – are employee names, SSNs,
bank and 401k accounts secure?  Are the Company’s  private emails just
that, private?
•       IT – Consider all the smart devices that are being added to
locations and  occupied buildings and what they are now connected to, can
they be hacked?
•       Third Party Risk – what vendors do you have today that have access
to your network and what are they doing in your network?
