[Fredslist] CPA needed for small co-op

Dear Gotham,

One of my clients, a 16-unit co-op in Hell's Kitchen, has a small issue.
The building has used the same accountant for 34 years who has provided
unaudited financial statements and is not a CPA so he cannot provide
audited statements.  The bank that the building has a mortgage with (we
just refinanced last year) has a new requirement which we did not realize
 that the financial statements need to be audited.  The existing accountant
did the statements for 2017 but the bank is insisting that they be audited.


I need to find a new accountant to provide tax returns and audited
financial statements.  We are actively looking for a CPA that can serve
this building.

In addition, I am also looking for a CPA (could be same person or different
person) who can take the unaudited statements from 2017 and provide audited
statements after performing whatever due diligence is required.

Any referrals would be greatly appreciated.
