[Fredslist] Need attorney for possible insurance action

All,
Client lives in Pennsylvania.  Client had an insurance broker who handled a term insurance policy on Client.  Insurance broker never gave insurance company updated address information for client, and never sent client premium renewal notices.  Term policy lapsed.  Client now has cancer and to get policy reinstated will cost considerably more.  Does anyone know an attorney client can consult with to see if she has a cause of action against broker for dropping the ball on the missed premium notices?
