[Fredslist] Conference room needed September 5th or September 12th, 2018

Hi Gotham,
I am planning a workshop on either *September 5th or 12th (both Wednesdays)
from 6-8 pm and I need a place to hold the event.*

I need a space for about 15 people and can leave a few spots open for you
and your team. This workshops costs thousands to corporations but would be
free for you and 2-3 colleagues. The topic will be on public speaking or
how to *Communicate with Power, Purpose and Impact!* Both topics are
important to all business professionals.

Please email me asap if you have a space or know of a space.
(I am familiar with office space available in NYC such as breather.com but
the hourly fees are hight and i prefer to keep the cost low for those that
attend and breather doesn't make that possible.)
