[Fredslist] Need NYC RE appraiser

I am finishing up the mediation of a dispute in a family real estate business. Everyone in the family agrees that they need a FMV appraisal of one of their buildings - and that they trust me to help them find someone who is not connected to a family member or their various attorneys. And I trust Gotham to help me!  This building is a five unit apartment building in Brooklyn.
