[Fredslist] Fwd: Application Deadline for Nano Hacker Academy is January 12th; Also Seeking Programming Mentors

Nano Hacker Academy’s competitive application process closes on Friday,
January 12!  NHA is an entirely volunteer-run nonprofit organization
offering bootcamp-style courses which build technical and design skills to
help young programmers achieve their goals, such as competing in
hackathons, creating games or designing web and mobile apps. Prospective
applicants are expected to be self-motivated, independent learners, ages
10-14, who are familiar with programming basics and want to take their
knowledge to the next level.

NHA is also seeking mentors who are tech industry professionals and the
program is free.
