[Fredslist] NJ/PA business and employment attorney

Gotham: 

 

A friend and former colleague of mine needs a corporate attorney to give him
employment and contract related advice for a new franchise business in NJ.
The company will eventually do business in both NJ and in Bucks County, PA
so he'd prefer someone admitted in both NJ and PA.

 

Initial work may include reviewing and revising the company's form
employment agreement, discussing the proposed compensation plan, identifying
any unusual issues that should be included in the employee handbook, and
reviewing the form invoice for NJ. This is a startup and he is an attorney
so someone who can work efficiently would be optimal.
