Lanzaro CPA, LLC is looking for a superstar part-time marketing and administrative assistant for 2019 and beyond. I am implementing a new, exciting marketing program for ideal clients for my CPA firm based on the release of the new version of my book “The Tax Smart Landlord” which has been recently updated for the new tax laws for 2018!

An ideal candidate is someone –


  *   Who has part marketing experience with a professional firm
  *   Able to run a CRM system for clients and prospects
  *   Who is mature, responsible, self-motivated and positive
  *   Who is looking for a secure part-time position
Duties would include:

  *   Scanning and filing client workpaper files
  *   Managing firm CRM system – add new clients, etc
  *   Mailing books to prospects and new clients
  *   Implementing my Linked In Outreach campaign
  *   Implementing my Direct mail outreach campaigns
  *   Preparing client return information mailings
  *   Managing client accounts receivable
  *   Managing client contact lists
  *   Preparing monthly newsletters
  *   Managing incoming document flow
  *   Sending out client organizers and document requests
  *   Running business related errands – post office, banking, etc
  *   Appointment scheduling and management

Salary is based on experience.  This position is 15 to 20 hours a week and is flexible as to days and times.
