Judith Heft & Associates works with busy high-net worth couples, recently divorced and widowed individuals and seniors to provide customized bookkeeping and bill paying services with the highest integrity and attention to detail. We are expanding and are seeking qualified high-energy, enthusiastic candidates to join our growing team. This is a full-time position.

Must Have Skills: Expert in Quicken Quickbooks Desktop and QBO, Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word and Excel, Good verbal organizational skills and attention to detail, Strong people and negotiating skills,Strong leadership skills, Good phone skills, Patience and ease in working with seniors, Experience with online and offline bill paying, Excellent writing skills, Self-starter, Multi-tasker, A results-oriented, problem solver with strong decision-making skills, Knowledge of Word Press is a Plus!
