[Fredslist] An Incentive To All of the Gotham Real Estate Brokers/Agents

I issued this incentive this morning to a real estate broker attending the Queens meeting so I thought that I would extend to all of our Gotham real estate brokers/agents:

As many of you know, my office condo-address below-is on the market for sale. While I would happily pay any Gotham member the percentage of the broker fee they would earn by securing a buyer for the unit, I will also, as a thank you, pay your Gotham membership dues for a year.

Let the selling begin!!!!
