[Fredslist] Referral Needed - Attorney with Military Experience under the UCMJ

Hello Gothamites,

If anyone has a recommendation for an attorney with experience in Art. 15 proceedings (non-judicial punishment) under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, it would be greatly appreciated.  The matter is at the naval base in Norfolk, so someone in eastern Virginia or DC area preferably.
