My information is also been placed at risk as confirmed by Equifax. First,
notify all of your accounts involving any financial matters of the
compromise. Since this is really large, I am sure they are all on top of
making suggestions.

Second, change passwords and request 2 step authentication if necessary.

Third check and see if you have an insurance policy for ID Theft - could be
under homeowners/renters/ or possibly auto. Monitoring is nice but won't
prevent anything. If you do not, get ID theft protection that also has
records search on the web.

Do not under any circumstance click on any links sent to you. Instead key
them in on a separate window. Get a browser such as Duckduckgo which does
not track your information.

Make sure that you check all your credit reports for the next 24 months or
get some kind of an alert that they are being checked in case after
everything you did, someone attempts to use your info for financial gains
and purchases that a credit report is required.

Check also that your health information is up to date and correct when ever
you use a doctor in case there is an attempt to clone you. Down the line,
if you are cloned, you can prove who you are by your medical record versus
the record of the clone. It'll be your blueprint.

When filing taxes ensure that you don't have someone who filed them already
and if so, file a report that takes about 6 months to process.

I think some of the IT people in Gotham can add more to this conversation.
So I'm suggesting they weigh in

That is the best we can do for now.

Be vigilant. Be aware. Be proactive.

Warmest Regards

"Impossible is just a word thrown around by small men

who find it easier to live in the world they've been given

than to explore the power they have to change it.

Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is potential

Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing."
