[Fredslist] HELP with Verizon

Hello Tribe,

My brother, who lives in Boston, and has phone service with Verizon, has had his phone not working for several days and getting reasons, promises, dodging from Verizon and no action. He is a senior and has a heart condition so he is very stressed by this. Does anyone have any solution, advice, contacts at Verizon, etc.?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
