[Fredslist] Attorney Recommendation Needed for NJ Shore Property Bulkhead Issue

Gotham Members,
Client recently purchased a waterfront shore home in Upper Township, NJ that had a dock.  The dock bulkhead apparently extends beyond the permitted survey area of the property line.  The client needs to straighten out the dock permitting issue and also possible title insurance issues.

Does anyone have any recommendations for an attorney experienced in dealing with the NJ DEP on permitting issues for dock bulkheads and titling issues in this type of situation?

The client is currently working with a company called Water's Edge Environmental, LLC in Ocean City, NJ on the dock permitting issue, who recommended they contact Jon D. Batastini, Esquire of Loveland Garrett & Batastini PA in Ocean City, NJ.  If anyone is familiar with either of these companies please let me know.
