Greetings, Gothamites, near & far -

One of my clients is a condo HOA in Brooklyn.  The complex is made up of 36 units in 12 separate buildings.  We are recommending to the board that the property values be increased fairly significantly.  The board is looking to have an appraisal done.

Do we have anyone in Gotham, or can anyone recommend someone?  Again, this is a replacement-cost appraisal, not market value, and it is for the entire complex, not just an individual unit.
