The Controller will be reporting to the CFO and will be responsible for all aspects of internal and external financial reporting, development of internal controls and procedures, and management of accounting/finance personnel in day-to-day operations. Emphasis on the Controller's position is placed on the operational requirements of reporting, revenue  and budgeting.  In addition, the Controller is responsible for: Accounting transactions are properly authorized and recorded in the general ledger, all financial reporting, including governmental filings and budgets are completed on a timely and accurate basis, monitor, assisting in cash forecasting and assessing the work of accounting staff, continual review of operating and internal control procedures and present recommendations, where appropriate, for improving the recording and reporting of financial information.
