[Fredslist] Venue Needed

I am looking for a bar - rooftop or otherwise - to do a business event that is somewhat quiet or has a separate room that is not outrageously expensive ($10-$15/pp) for 25-30 people for drinks and lite bites. All suggestions are welcome.
