My client is a leading nonprofit, social services agency based in New York
City who is seeking to fill 2 positions within their Human Resource
department. Brief descriptions are below. The successful candidate will have
either a bachelors or master's degree with at least 5 years of HR experience

1.	Employee Relations Manager will support the organization in
maintaining a safe, healthy, productive, legally compliant, harassment and
discrimination free work environment. Successful candidate will be
responsible for creating policy, educating employees and handling employee
relations matters with a focus on conflict resolution in a fast-paced
environment.
2.	Manager of Employee Benefits will be responsible to provide
effective administration of all employee benefits and will have at least 5
years of experience processing and managing Worker's Compensation, NYS
Disability claims (STD & LTD), FMLA, COBRA and Unemployment Insurance.
