[Fredslist] Help Needed - Title Search

Last week, the synagogue building for congregation B'nai Adath Kol Beth Yisrael (http://bnai-adath.org) suffered a devastating fire.

The congregation serves the Bedford Stuyvesant community. I have taken them on as a pro-bono client and my brother Josh is helping them with their architectural and structural needs.

For various reasons that I can go into offline, we need to do a title search of the synagogue building to make sure everything is as it should be.  I can explain some of the concerns offline.

They have very little money.  In order to enable a real capital campaign and potentially financing, we need to do a title search.  If you think you can help, particularly doing it on a pro-bono basis, please reach out to me.
