[Fredslist] Jet Blue contact or advice?

Hi, 
Anyone have an influential contact at Jet Blue? 
I had a ticket to fly to a conference but got hit by a car before the departure date. I let them know but they only put the money into airline credit.

Sent from my newthynk who credit. Given the circumstances, I would like a refund, especially since I don't know how soon I can fly anywhere.

I appreciate any contacts or advice.
