[Fredslist] Neil Pedersen quoted in Wall St. Journal

Hopefully nobody on this list will ever need bail (but some of you lawyers probably come into contact with it), but did you happen to see that Gotham member Neil Pedersen was quoted in the Wall Street Journal?

The article describes an online bail system that was promised to be put in place here in NYC. Mayor de Blasio announced it would be in place by this past spring, but it hasn’t happened yet.
