[Fredslist] Help request

All,
I have a dear client whose son made a few poor choices in life.

After battling addiction and dealing with legal issues, he employed and clean and sober. This is a single father who is working hard but could use some direction and career counseling.
Let me know if you know of any organizations that help individuals with criminal backgrounds.
