[Fredslist] NJ Urban Renewal Entity

Dear Gotham Members,

Does anybody have experience, or know someone with experience, in
setting up a NJ Urban Renewal Entity that would be willing to have a
short conversation relating to same with my colleague?

This is not for housing or a non-profit. This would be for a limited
dividend company where my clients have restaurant/retail businesses in
a town where the local municipality will enter into a redevelopment
plan and PILOT program with my clients.  Would like to discuss the
pros and cons of such an entity briefly with a knowledgeable real
estate attorney.
