Do you represent clients embarking on a new business venture? Do you select domain names? Do you form corporations or other business entities? Then please join Gotham's Long Island Legal and Tom O'Rourke on Thursday March 9, 2017 for a discussion of the essential legal and business concerns that need to be considered when establishing and protecting a brand. This program will provide an overview of trademarks--what they are, what they mean, and ways they can help you create a strong brand identity. The program will include an introduction to trademark selection and registration, and a discussion of methods to enforce trademark rights.  Networking begins at 8:00AM at the Inn at Fox Hollow located at 7755 Jericho Turnpike in Woodbury. A full breakfast will be served.

This is sure to be a wonderful meeting so If you know of anyone who would benefit from Gotham's wonderful networking experience, please ask them to join us.
