Good Day Earthlings,

This message comes to you from an alien.  No, not an illegal alien; an alien living on Mars.  My name is Melvin (Melvin).  It is my pleasure to meet you.  Recently, we reclaimed one of our citizens.  You know him as Kris Behrman.  We have decided to bring him home, and run him as the planetary president in the upcoming election.  Since he is busy with election campaign efforts, he is unable to send many emails.  We also only have dial-up internet connectivity.  We are working on getting a FIOS connection here, but boy is it expensive.  Kris has asked me to pass this message on.


This year, our venue supports a few new things that we were unable to have in years past.  Among these, is the exclusive bar that we have in our room.  Since we have a bar in our room, we are offering two sponsorships for the bar to two businesses.  Each sponsor is $350 per business.  The sponsoring business will get a display board, and printed handouts to every seat at the event.  IF you or your business are interested, please let me know.

As with any civilized Gotham East event, there are a few rules.  They are the following:


1.   The first five members who sign up a guest will have their first drink paid for by me

2.   This is an open event, come one come all

3.   Guests are most certainly encouraged to attend

4.   For those whom are nautically inclined, there are TWO (2) boat slips available

a.    Caveat # 1 - You MUST reserve your slip with me as the venue will hold it for you - do so in an expeditious manner

b.    Caveat # 2 - I will want to take your boat for a little spin

5.   My promise to everyone: I will not be getting engaged again at this event
