The living/dining room has an open floor plan but is L shaped so there is a separate room for eating, and best of all - it has a terrace that faces south across 72nd Street. Modern building,  with a gym and pool.  Oh, and how could I have forgotten? - it is directly across the street from the 72nd Street stop on the 1, 2 and 3 lines, across the street from the M104 bus, a block away from the W57 bus, across the street from the M7 and M11 buses, and 2 blocks away from the C train.
