We are a national, state and federal practice (located in Woodbury, Long Island) that focuses primarily on litigation strategy and appeals in high exposure/high stakes cases in varying areas of law, including construction, premises liability, general liability, medical/attorney/architectural malpractice, products liability, and insurance coverage.  We are looking for a first-year full time associate with excellent research and writing skills.

It is essential that the candidate has already passed the NYS Bar or is already slated to sit for the February 2017 bar exam.
