On March 1 the Construction group is hosting an expert in this matter.  He
has extensive experience in many areas as it relates to safety.


There is a great deal of CURRENT proposed legislation and discussion
relating to this issue that will affect all of us and the costs associated
with these issues will surely be passed to you in one way or the other.

This issue can be a source of angst for many employers as well an expense
that can be avoided or reduced.


*Our speaker John McCarthy is the President of Pro Safety Services, LLC.
For 25 years he has provided safety services for clients in the
construction, manufacturing, service, and healthcare industries, as well as
for public sector organizations. He brings practical proactive safety
solutions to prevent injuries, accidents and incidents.  John has a broad
range of experiences that includes program development and implementation,
identification of hazards and or potential hazards, control of hazards,
accident investigation, loss-control, site-specific training and OSHA
consultations.*
