I just received this from a client. Any ideas would be appreciated. I looked on a map and it's on the eastern coast of NC, but closer to Norfolk, VA than the Research Triangle.

"My brother got a speeding ticket in Currituck, NC and want to retain an attorney to contest it in traffic court. Please let me know if you have any recommendations, either for a specific attorney or how to go about finding a qualified attorney."

Thanks for any help.
