[Fredslist] Help with understanding FAFSA

Is there anyone who would be able to help my brother understand the the
pros it cons of submitting FAFSA forms? His daughter had applied to
colleges and is hoping for scholarships. She is either 1 or 2 in her class.
He doesn't know if he should send the FAFSA forms.

If you can offer assistance, please let me know and I will gladly forward
