[Fredslist] "House"-like doctor needed to solve a medical mystery

Season's Greetings Everyone,

Remember the TV show "House?"  I'm looking for a recommendation of a similar physician who can help diagnose a client of mine who's been having one physical malady after the next:

Crohn's symptoms, followed by
Abscesses forming all over his body, followed by
Loss of bone density and a broken wrist, followed by
Torn leg muscles and ligaments from simply walking up stairs.

There's a bigger issue causing these symptoms and we need "Dr. House" to diagnose and help cure.
