[Fredslist] I would appreciate any insight for a friend's son interested in leasing

A friend asked for any insight regarding FirstService Realty NYC. Their son is interested in a studio apt in Queens that this firm either manages or is the broker on.  They provided him with a very extensive application package, similar to one my clients fill out when buying a co-op.  Before he discloses all of his information I am reaching out to see if anyone has any experience with that firm.
