She is an experienced corporate transactions attorney with a specialization in private investment funds. She has represented sponsors and investors in relation to the structuring, formation, marketing and operation of private equity and hedge funds, managed accounts and other alternative investment structures, in US and non-US jurisdictions and across a broad range of investment strategy. She commenced her legal career at Minter Ellison Lawyers, one to the top law firms in Australia where she gained extensive experience in merger and acquisition, and capital market transactions. When she moved to New York, she join O'Melveny and Myers
; a transactions practice in January 2007 where quickly adapting to US style transactional work and became a core member of the firm's investment funds practice group. She has since worked at Kaye Scholer and Torys as well as a boutique, Eng Law Firm.
