Topics to be discussed include partition actions, adverse possession, easements, title issues, common driveways, boundary disputes, tree roots and tree branches, surveys, title issues, specific performance and retention of down payment in real estate transactions, and more!  Networking begins at 8:00AM at the Inn at Fox Hollow located at 7755 Jericho Turnpike in Woodbury. A full breakfast will be served.
