Established Garden City law firm engaging in the general practice of law with a specific emphasis on all aspects of criminal defense and related matters looking for an individual with excellent organizational, telephone and people skills.

Must be proficient in word-processing (WordPerfect preferred).

Criminal defense and/or Time Matters experience a plus.

Diversified duties include answering telephone, meeting and greeting clients, client contact, scheduling appointments, assisting attorneys with preparation of legal documents, calendar management, file management, client intake, varied administrative tasks, etc.
Will train as necessary.

Full time.

Congenial atmosphere in Luxury Garden City offices.
