[Fredslist] Outdoor restaurant out of a food cart - permits, etc...

Gotham -

A new neighbor in my office suite is from Italy and they have an idea for selling high end Italian food (and drink) out of a food truck in NYC.  The thinking is also that they will set up tables near the truck as part of this.

I have no idea how to structure it, the permits, etc....

But I know someone in Gotham does.

If you do, even if it's only a part of this, let me know.
