A Manhattan-based luxury real estate firm is actively seeking a full time Marketing/ Administrative  Assistant to work at company headquarters supporting a Top-Producing Broker. Compensation includes salary plus commission.

Responsibilities include:
*         Carrying out property marketing campaigns using digital, print, and direct mail
*         Scheduling appointments for customers to see properties
*         Arranging Buyer tours
*         Assembling condominium and cooperative board packages
*         Keeping organized filing system
*         Assisting in open houses, rentals, showings
*         Managing Social Media outreach

Requirements:
*         NY Real Estate Salesperson license preffered
*         Graphic Design Skills a plus
*         Excellent Written, Oral, and Interpersonal communication skills
*         Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
