[Fredslist] Contractors and Asbestos

Can anyone recommend a contractor that can make repairs to an apartment in NYC that has a popcorn ceiling.  The Owner is not aware that there is asbestos in popcorn ceiling but wants a contractor they can trust to make the repairs and deal with the popcorn ceiling.
