Recently someone on one of my professional list-serves shared a painful
experience with that group regarding the use of photos on her website and
blogs which she thought were royalty free. She found out at a high price
they were not free to be used.

I have asked my assistant to update all our photos (of which there are
many)! We use a service called Dreamstime and this is their basic royalty
free agreement https://www.dreamstime.com/about-stock-image-licenses.

Are we safe to use them on our website and in our articles? Do we need an
extended agreement? I welcome your advice and feedback. Thank you.
