[Fredslist] Cafeteria-Section 125 Plan Assistance

Dear Tribe,

I am looking for someone that could lend some guidance as to how to go about and set up a Cafeteria, Section 125 Plan.  Most likely (from what I am reading) a Premium Only Plan.

I am looking to speak with someone that has had experience setting one up and/or knows how to go about setting one up.  I have not been able to ascertain much information as to how to go about doing this.
