[Fredslist] I need a barista tutor!

Hi Tribe,

I just bought a Ranchilio Italian espresso machine and have an Italian Burr
coffee grinder. So far I've spent hours reading tutorials and watching
YouTube videos, called the help desk, wasted gallons of milk and coffee
beans with no luck! They say it takes practice and patience, but I'm
running out of patience and just want a authentic Cappuccino!

Does anyone know of a barista that makes house calls to teach me what to
do? I live in Suffolk - a wasteland of a real capp and espresso, that's why
I invested in these fine machines. DIY, but I need the HELP!
