Growing residential mortgage banker seeks licensed loanofficers (in NY, Boston, and Florida) to handle house account Condo and Co-op developments. We provide theleads, you provide the product knowledge and excellent customer service.


Job duties include staffing sales office, responding tocustomer inquiries, taking mortgage loan applications, overseeing loan processwith customers from application to closing, interfacing with realtors, loanprocessors, attorneys, etc…


Candidate must be energetic, self motivated and able to work independently.  Must be able to analyze financial and credit information todetermine eligibility for the different loan programs.  Must know and keepup with changes in mortgage guidelines. Mortgage loan origination experience ofat least two years is required.  Your own existing book of business is aplus but not necessary.  


Competitive commission structure offered.  Benefitsinclude health insurance, dental and vision plans, and 401k.
