[Fredslist] Needed Employment Lawyer - employee side

I have been contacted by former employees of a not -for - profit who were promised (as evidenced by board minutes and other documents) that upon their retirement they would receive a severance

The entity now has a new board and executive director who are refusing to pay the severance...
