A friend of mine, Blake Muraskin is currently an Associate at Morgan Stanley doing Fixed Income and Regulatory Capital. He graduated from Johns Hopkins with a degree in Economics and Financial Economics.

He's looking to make a jump into Real Estate and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree, part-time, in Real Estate Finance & Investments at NYU, expected to graduate within the year.
