[Fredslist] Need Psych Expert to Rebut an Expert Report and Possibly Testify in a Matter pending in SDNY

Hi all -

A friend and colleague of mine is searching for a psych expert to rebut a report (and possibly testify) diagnosing a plaintiff with depression and saying it is causally related to being discriminated against in the workplace.  If you know of someone hopefully in the NYC area that has experience in this area, please let me know and I will forward the name.
